My clinical focus includes:

Individual Therapy—Focusing on the needs of the individual in a variety of contexts, such as interpersonal, occupational, parenting, lifestyle and moods, spiritual, and emotional.

Couples Therapy—Focusing on intimate relationships to improve communication, work through crisis, improve satisfaction, and gaining emotional support.

Family Therapy—Focusing on the family unit, to include children who are verbal, in order to improve cohesion, work through trauma or crisis, improve communication, decrease conflict, and foster a happy, healthy, family life.

Psychological Testing–For the assessment of adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, other Mood Disorders and personality profiles.

I use a variety of interventions and theoretical approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, anger management and effective communication skills, motivational interviewing, solution-focused interventions, and reality-based techniques. I have a great deal of expertise in domestic violence, trauma, relationships, and crisis.
